As CEO, Chris leads our global operations. For more than 25 year, he has been providing integrated strategies and leading the development of world-class solutions for over 50 Fortune 100 companies in the U.S, Europe and Latin America.
In 2011 he founded Tessell Marketing, a full-service Marketing agency with headquarters in Boulder, CO and offices in Miami, Mexico City and Buenos Aires. The agency specializes in strategic consulting and high-volume, high-quality near-shore content production for a variety of global and up and coming brands.
Before founding Tessell, as CEO / Managing Director, Chris led OgilvyOne, Ogilvy Interactive and Neo@Ogilvy Mexico where he obtained a level of local and international awards never before seen in Ogilvy Mexico. In 2010 they won 20 awards, including:

While at Ogilvy he served over 20 international and local clients, including: American Express, Nestle, Nubrenza (UCB), Metlife, Axtel, Motorola, Gandhi, IBM, Lenovo, UPS, among others.
Before joining Ogilvy, as President, he led the turnaround of one of the largest independent interactive agencies in Latin America: Latin 3. He dramatically improved the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction by implementing new disciplines and skills that had not existed in the agency previously, including: quality assurance (QA), resource planning, strategic planning, information architecture and post-mortem project analysis. While there he served many clients in the Latin American and the U.S. Hispanic markets, including; Google, DELL, Pepsi, Reebok, Lexicon Marketing, Visa, Nextel, Terra, Cisco, Disney, Sony, Discovery, Taca Airlines, SAP and General Mills.
Previously, Chris was Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Services at Publicis-Modem in San Francisco, where he led client relationships and developed the strategic direction of several brands, including Hewlett-Packard, General Motors, Intel, Schwab, Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal.
Chris has an MBA from Northeastern University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Chief Innovation Officer
As Chief Innovation Officer, Emilio leads our research and product development. Since 2008 he has been designing and building custom drones, fixed-wing UAVs, cameras, IoT sensors and software for private entities and governments throughout the Americas.
In 2011 he co-founded Fly North, a company dedicated to remote sensing, aerial photography, photogrammetry, surveying and precision agriculture. While most of the UAV industry was founded by pilots and hobbyists, Fly North’s team consists of talented engineers who are focused on what UAVs can do for their clients vs. the hardware itself. The result has been arguably the most precise service offering in the industry on numerous fronts, including:
Margins of error of 2-5 inches vs. the industry standard of 1 foot.
Photogrammetry with pixel sizes between 1-5 inches vs. the industry norm of 3-10+ inches, without increased margin of error.

Before Fly North he was the Leader of Product Innovation at an adverting blimp company called LEVEL, which built radio-controlled blimps that could function 4,600 feet above sea level.
Emilio has a Mechatronics Engineering degree from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia in Colombia where he was the winner of the 2008 EIA Entrepreneur of the Year.
